A bone-in turkey breast roast, also known as a turkey buffet, prepared for the Christmas table. Choose a 3kg, 4kg, 5kg or 6kg size. Supplied uncooked.
Cooking instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced). Rub the skin with butter or olive oil and season with sea salt and herbs. Roast in a tray until the thickest part of the breast reaches at least 75°C on a food thermometer, taking care not to touch the bone with the probe. If browning too quickly, cover the top loosely with foil. Rest for 20 minutes before carving.
