Gippsland pasture-raised, grass-fed Black Angus sirloin roast, expertly prepared for the Christmas table. A beautiful roasting joint with outstanding beef flavour. Supplied uncooked.
$64.90 per kilogram. Select 1kg, 2kg, 3kg, 4kg or 5kg; the variant price is the total for the selected weight.
Cooking instructions
Pat dry and season with salt and pepper. Sear on all sides, then roast at 180°C (160°C fan-forced). For medium-rare, aim for around 52–55°C at the centre and rest loosely covered for 15–20 minutes before carving. Times depend on the size and shape of the roast, so use a meat thermometer rather than relying solely on minutes per kilogram.
