Boneless Stuffed Free-Range Turkey Breast Roast — 2.5kg

A boneless turkey breast roast prepared for Christmas and filled with cranberry, blueberry, pistachio, breadcrumb stuffing and pieces of smoked ham. Approximately 2.5kg; serves about 8. Supplied uncooked.

Cooking instructions

Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced). Place the roast in a baking dish and lightly brush with butter or oil. Cover loosely with foil if browning too quickly. Roast until the centre of the stuffing and the thickest part of the turkey both reach at least 75°C on a food thermometer; cooking time varies with oven and thickness, so temperature—not a fixed time—determines when it is ready. Rest 15–20 minutes before slicing.
